The ArcGIS Community Seminar Series is a monthly one-day event designed to keep you informed, connected, and empowered as part of the ArcGIS community. Each session combines technology updates, customer success stories, partner insights, and practical enablement tips to help you make the most of your Esri products.

The seminar series is open to Esri customers with a valid maintenance or subscription agreement. Priority is given to customers currently under maintenance.

Your organization qualifies if it has any Esri product with an active maintenance or subscription. If you’re unsure, check with your GIS/IT department or contact the gistec Sales Team at sales@gistec.com.

Each seminar includes:

  • Customer Enablement – Updates on licensing, pricing, support, and customer care.
  • Customer Success – Real-world experiences and achievements from other users.
  • Technology and Trends – Latest product updates, innovations, and best practices.
  • Partner Insights – Contributions from partners adding value to the ArcGIS ecosystem.
  • What’s New in ArcGIS – Mini-update highlighting new features and enhancements valuable for all users.

Each participant must register individually through their mygistec Account. After submission, our team will review your registration and send a confirmation email once your seat is approved.

Your registration will be reviewed to confirm eligibility, available seats, and organizational representation. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Please allow a few days for confirmation, especially during high-demand periods. To avoid delays, ensure your registration form is complete and your mygistec Account information is accurate. If you still don’t receive confirmation, contact the gistec Training Team at training@gistec.com.

Yes, the registration fee is AED 365 per person, which includes all seminar sessions, refreshments, and lunch.

Currently, the seminars are in-person only at Crowne Plaza Yas Island – Abu Dhabi.

Colleagues are welcome to register. However, due to limited seating, we may limit the number of confirmed participants per organization to ensure fair access and a diverse mix of attendees.

Live session recordings will not be provided. Selected presentation slides and resources may be shared with confirmed attendees after the event, depending on speaker permissions.

Business casual attire is recommended.

Certificates of completion will be available in your mygistec Profile > Certificates after the session. You can download and print them directly.

Your mygistec Account tracks your registration, attendance, and learning history. If you don’t have one, it’s free and easy to create at my.gistec.com. Use the same email address as your registration.
