United Arab Emirates Soil Information System
GISTEC developed and implemented a state-of-the-art Soil Information System for Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi (EAD). UAESIS allows various types of users, access to comprehensive, geospatial soil data in an easy-to-use web browser interface. Users of UAESIS can also perform advance analysis to support decision makingrelated to land use planning, agricultural crop management, etc. In addition to UAESIS, GISTEC has developed several geospatial solutions for EAD. An iPad version of EAD's "EnviroPortal", is one of the recent applications developed by GISTEC. The app allows users to access to a wealth of environmental data of Abu Dhabi.
