Prices All Prices are in US Dollars & net to GISTEC. Prices are given based on the above fixed BOQ quantities. Any change in the items or quantities, the whole quotation will have to be reviewed and re-submitted. Acceptance of the above prices is inclusive of the acceptance of the terms & conditions.
Validity This offer is valid for 30 days from the quotation date. This offer is valid for outside UAE Customer/End User only.
License Terms Latitude Geographics Software licensees are required to sign the Master License Agreement (MLA) before the software is installed. Please review the license terms in the copy of the MLA included along with.
Non-Disclosure The Information contained in this Quotation and any attachments are intended for the exclusive use of the addressee and contain proprietary, confidential and privileged information. You should not disseminate, distribute or copy this Quotation to any other person or entity without the prior written consent of GISTEC.
Delivery Within 3-8 weeks after signing the Latitude Geographics MLA & GISTEC Non-Solicitation Agreement. Software Permanent Licenses will be delivered only after a full payment has been received by GISTEC.
Included Items Software prices include license, delivery, and ONE year of support & maintenance.
Maintenance Maintenance provides software upgrades and technical support through fax, phone, and email.
Payment Terms Software: 100% upon delivery.
