General Information and Requirements
Each training package includes lecture and exercise manuals, use of computers during hands-on exercises, one training data CD, certificate and/or letter of attendance and refreshments. All course materials will be provided at the training venue.
It is a requirement in all courses that participants know how to operate computers and use Windows applications. In addition, each course has pre-requisites outlined in the course description that participants must comply in order to be admitted in the class.
Booking and Registration
We can accept booking and registration received by post, email, fax, telephone and online.
Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
A completed registration form and full payment for each participant must be received at least fourteen (14) working days prior to the first day of class.
Confirmation of booking(s) will be given upon receipt of participants LPO. If you do not receive confirmation of booking then please contact GISTEC Training Center.

Pricing and Payment Terms
Course fees are stated in local currency (AED). The sender should bear costs of all bank transfer fees.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payments must be made at two (2) weeks prior to the commencement of the class.
Payments may be in cash, company check, or bank transfers to our account. All check payments should be made payable to Gulf Survey and Engineering Services – GISTEC

Cancellation by Training Candidate
Cancellation must be made ten (10) working days prior to the start of the class. Otherwise, full course fee will be charged.
Participants who do not cancel and fail to attend the training course will still be responsible for full payment.
Substitution and Non-Attendance
If a participant is unable to attend a course, a substitute participant may attend in your place at no extra charge. Please provide written notification prior to or no later than the start date of the course.
If a participant fails to attend a course, course fees will not be refunded or allocated to another program.
Cancellations by GISTEC
While all efforts are made to ensure training courses go ahead as scheduled, Gistec reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training courses. In this case the candidate may choose the new schedule of the cancelled course otherwise a full refund will be given to the candidate.
Certificates and Letter of Attendance
Participants are required to attend at least eighty percent (80%) of the total number of days per course to qualify to receive a certificate of training.
Any training course that is free of charge shall accept a letter of attendance.
Travel and Lodging
Participants are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements and transportation to and from the training site. GISTEC Training Center assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable travel arrangement losses resulting from changes or cancellations of class schedules.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control. Our performance is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or find a solution by which our obligations may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

GISTEC has the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
