Procedure and Terms of Registration
How to Register
A completed registration form is required for each student. You can register online or by sending the registration form by fax to +971 6 5750404. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment
Payment is required upon registration. Payment may be made in US Dollars or UAE Dirhams (calculated at 3.8 to 1 US Dollar). Payment must be made by cheque (payable to Gulf Survey & Engineering Services - GISTEC) or bank transfer.
Cancellation & Substitution
If you register but are unable to attend, another person nominated by you may attend in your place at no extra cost. Registered participants who provide written notice of cancellation at least 14 days before course commencement date shall receive a full refund less $80 cancellation fee. Full course fees will be charged to students who cancel 13 days or less before the class date or who fail to appear for the class. GISTEC reserves the right to cancel any course; in this case a full refund will be given.
Prerequisites
It is the full responsibility of the registrant and/or sponsoring organization / company to verify that the course is suitable for the requirements of the registrant/nominated trainees and that the registrant/nominated trainees possess the necessary level of competence and have taken the pre-requisite courses to be able to achieve the objective of the course.
