Prices	All Prices are in UAE Dirhams & net to GISTEC. Prices are given based on the above fixed BOQ quantities. Any change in the items or quantities, the whole quotation will have to be reviewed and re-submitted.  Acceptance of the above prices is inclusive of the acceptance of the terms & conditions.
Validity	This offer is valid for 30 days from the quotation date.
Non-Disclosure	The Information contained in this Quotation and any attachments are intended for the exclusive use of the addressee and contain proprietary, confidential and privileged information. You should not disseminate, distribute or copy this Quotation to any other person or entity without the prior written consent of GISTEC.
Delivery	Purchase Order should be received not later than 2 (two) weeks prior to the start date of training.
Included Items	Training prices include necessary licenses for the training, course materials and student certificates.
Training facility	Training courses will be conducted in GISTEC Training Center, Sharjah or Abu Dhabi training faciliites.
No. of Students	Training course is conducted for a minimum of 3 students and maximum of 12 students per class.
Training Timings	Training is 6 (six) hours per day from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm with breaks for lunch and refreshments.
Payment Terms	100% advanced before the training.
