Technical Support
- Master the full features and technical capabilities of the software product
- Install the software at customer sites, configure it for different databases linkages and functionality, and provide technical support to the users
Applications Development
- Master the features and functionality of the software product
- Customize the product to extend its functionality using Visual Studio .NET and other web development tools such as Flex, Silverlight, REST API, etc.
Product Marketing
- Master the features and functional capabilities of the software product
- Prospect, generate and follow-up new business to meet sales target
- Organize and conduct product demos, sales presentations and marketing events
General Requirements
These positions are to handle ESRI software products. All applicants should satisfy the following requirements:
- Familiarity with ESRI ArcGIS Server technology
- Good exposure to the latest developments in web applications
- Bachelors Degree in Science, Engineering or other related fields
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English
- Ability to lead/work with a team in a constantly challenging environment
